core studio offers programs for body conditioning and rehabilitation incorporating principles of physiotherapy, pilates, GYROTONIC®, yoga, dance and martial arts.
we focus on strengthening the deep core muscles around the spine and pelvic and shoulder girdles using specialized equipment, resistance bands, free weights, foam rollers and exercise balls.
core studio exercise programs are for anyone wanting to:
- strengthen abdominal, back and pelvic floor muscles
- improve body awareness and posture
- rehabilitate after injury or surgery
